Immediate-Start Customer Service & Admin Specialist

KC Group are seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join a busy team in Shirley for a 4-week temporary assignment. Hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (37.5 hours/week) at £13.46 per hour, with an immediate start on Monday 3rd August 2026.

The role involves handling inquiries by phone and email, processing orders, maintaining records, and coordinating with internal departments to fulfill requests. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.
