IFA Administrator: Client Support & Compliance

IDEX Consulting is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to support advisers and manage client relationships in a fast-paced financial services environment. You will coordinate meetings, handle queries, and ensure accurate processing of client instructions and policy documents.

The role requires strong communication skills, excellent customer service, and solid MS Office knowledge to support the Adviser and maintain high service standards across the business.
