Job Description
Recruit UK are supporting a highly respected wealth management and financial planning firm based in Bracknell, and they're looking to take on an IFA Administrator to support their ongoing growth.
In this position, you'd be providing full administrative support to Financial Planners, assisting with investment-related tasks, and putting the client experience at the forefront.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full administrative support to Financial Advisers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Liaise with operational teams to support activities such as transfers, corporate actions, and data updates
- Prepare meeting packs, valuations, and supporting documents
- Assist in preparing new business pitches and client presentations
- Maintain accurate client records and back-office systems

Skills & Experience Required
- 1+ year/s within a financial advice administration position
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Knowledge of investments and pensions (life assurance knowledge is desirable)
