Client Services Administrator

Birmingham Hybrid Working, one day in the office required every 2 weeks

The Opportunity

Working closely with a small team of Financial Planners, you will play a pivotal role in supporting clients throughout their financial planning journey and ensuring the highest standards of service are maintained.

Your responsibilities will include:

" Acting as a key point of contact for clients and building strong professional relationships

" Managing new business applications and seeing cases through to completion

" Preparing valuations, reports, illustrations and client meeting documentation

" Liaising with providers and third parties to ensure a seamless client experience

" Maintaining accurate client records and CRM systems

" Supporting advisers with ongoing client servicing and administrative requirements

" Ensuring all work is completed in line with regulatory and compliance standards

About You

The successful candidate will have:

" Previous experience within Financial Services, Wealth Management or Financial Planning

" Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

" Strong organisational abilities and exceptional attention to detail

" A proactive, positive approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities

" A genuine passion for delivering outstanding client service
