IFA Administrator - Wealth Management Firm

Location: Moorgate

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent - 1 day in office 4 days from home after a successful probation period.

Salary: £30,000 - £33,000

The Opportunity

We're working with a highly regarded, client-focused wealth management firm who are looking to appoint an experienced IFA Administrator to support their growing team of Financial Advisers.

The Role

As an IFA Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to advisers, ensuring business is processed efficiently and compliantly.

A core responsibility of this role is preparing annual review packs and supporting ongoing client servicing, so prior experience in this area is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing annual review packs for clients, including valuations, fund performance, and documentation
  • Managing the full end-to-end new business process
  • Liaising with providers, platforms, and third parties
  • Maintaining and updating client records on CRM systems
  • Supporting advisers with meeting preparation and follow-up actions
  • Producing illustrations, client valuations, and portfolio summaries
  • Ensuring all work is completed in line with FCA and internal compliance standards
  • Handling client queries in a professional and timely manner

To be considered, you must have:

  • Proven experience as an IFA Administrator within a financial planning or wealth management firm (min 2 years)
  • Strong experience preparing annual reviews / review packs (this is essential and non-negotiable)
  • Good knowledge of pensions, investments, and protection products
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Wrap, Elevate, Transact, or similar
  • Excellent organisational and attention-to-detail skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Desirable

  • Working towards DipPFS or similar qualifications
  • Experience supporting Chartered / high-net-worth advisers
