Join our team as an AD/Identity Management Specialist Coordinator and lead a skilled Digital Identity team in delivering secure, scalable solutions. This permanent, 100% remote role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in Identity Management, Governance, and security platforms such as AD/EntraID, PKI/Entrust, PING ID, and CyberArk.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate a 12-person technical team across identity technologies
• Oversee daily tasks, project progress, and security protocol implementation
• Ensure policy enforcement and guide best practices throughout the SDLC
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver secure, compliant identity solutions

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in technical team leadership and project execution
• Strong background in IAM, IGA, and application security
• Fluent English communication skills
