I+D Technician (14h-22h)

In collaboration with a prominent company in the chemical sector, we are looking for an R&D Technician to join their innovation team. The candidate will be responsible for studying the development of new products and improving existing ones.

Main Responsibilities

• Plan the development of new products and improve existing ones, drafting the required documentation for Quality Management Systems.
• Design the manufacturing method for new products with the currently available equipment and justify the need for new equipment if necessary.
• Conduct trials for product development and identify critical process parameters, ensuring that new processes are safe and sustainable.
• Manufacture samples requested by clients and ensure the preservation of primary data from the manufacturing processes.
• Analyze production incidents, propose solutions, and update manufacturing guides if necessary.

We are looking for someone with

• University degree and/or Vocational Training/Technical Degree in fields related to Chemistry.
• Intermediate or advanced level of English (B2) is desirable.
• Experience in the chemical, pharmaceutical, or food industry is desirable.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
