ICT Trainer

An IT Solutions provider are looking for an IT Trainier to join a Housing Company for an initial 6 month contract onsite in Warrington.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver ICT training through classroom sessions, webinars and floor-walking support.
• Create engaging learning materials including guides, presentations, videos and E-learning.
• Work with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop effective learning solutions.
• Maintain training documentation, LMS content and self-service knowledge resources.
• Support system implementations, upgrades and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Continuously improve training content through learner feedback and business engagement.
• Travel to business sites to deliver training where required.

Skills & Experience

• Experience delivering IT systems training.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Experience creating training documentation and E-learning content.
• Ability to quickly learn new business systems and explain technical concepts clearly.
• Strong stakeholder management and organisational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; LMS experience is desirable
• CIPD or Learning & Development qualification.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience.
