ICT-Service Desk Specialist 1st-Level vacancy for our Zürich based client in the Banking sector.
Your tasks:
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users
- Assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Manage and resolve service desk tickets in a timely manner
- Document and maintain support procedures and knowledge base
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure efficient service delivery
Your experience/knowledge:
- Proven experience in IT support or service desk roles
- Good experience with Windows 11
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes
- Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems
- Language skills: English
