Job Description
  • Join Asiera's Brokerage team
  • Support the creation of frameworks and DPS's
  • Support the running of tenders
  • Drive engagement
  • Contribute to procurement planning
  • Work across the full procurement lifecycle
  • Report to the Brokerage Team Lead
  • Design, establish and promote procurement agreements delivering cost, technical, compliance, client-effort and time-saving value
  • Devise plans for contract delivery
  • Manage and monitor supplier performance throughout contracts
  • Coordinate and direct projects and create detailed plans to accomplish goals
Requirements
  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience in an end to end procurement lifecycle role
  • A relevant 3rd level qualification and/or equivalent experience gained in a similar role
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Irish and EU procurement rules and guidelines
  • Strong attention to detail, interpersonal skills and excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience developing constructive and co-operative working relationships with clients, providers and colleagues
  • Experience in devising plans for contract delivery and managing and monitoring supplier performance over the term of the contract
  • Ability to coordinate and direct projects, make detailed plans to accomplish goals
  • A flexible attitude to the evolving needs of the post and its environment
  • Open and transparent with a high degree of personal integrity
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team member
