Job Description

The ICT Department is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced ICT Infrastructure Specialist. Are you ready to take the next step in your career?

The successful candidate will:

  1. Act as a trouble-shooter, providing effective and timely solutions across all infrastructure, including ICT systems, document core systems, software, hardware, and network technologies such as physical and virtual systems.
  2. Be an ICT expert in SAN, blade centre, and virtualisation technology.
  3. Be fully conversant with firewall, core switch, and edge switch configuration.
  4. Have strong problem-solving abilities, excellent customer service skills, be able to work independently, possess excellent organisational skills, and demonstrate a flexible approach to work.
