Job Description
ICT Field Technician

Ensuring an excellent level of teaching and learning through the use of ICT.

Grade/SCP: Band 4 SCP 11 - 17

Salary: £28,142 - £31,022 per annum

Contract: Permanent, Full time

Location: St Philip Howard Catholic Voluntary Academy, Sunlaws Street, Glossop, Derbyshire, SK13 8DR

Responsibilities
  • Provide an excellent level of customer service to our Trust's staff and students.
  • IT systems support across a cluster of schools.
  • Support an active ITIL based helpdesk.
  • Support a wide range of hardware and software solutions across a variety of teaching and learning environments.
  • Be part of large and exciting new IT projects across the Trust and in your cluster of schools.

Travel

The role will support a cluster of Trust academies, providing advice and technical support, therefore some travel across the Trust will be required.
