RATE OF PAY - £8.00 - £12.71 per hour depending on age

CONTRACT TYPE - Casual, working on an as and when required basis according to business needs

OVERVIEW

We are recruiting a Casual Food and Bar Associate to join our spectacular ICC Wales Team! If you are friendly, courteous, love working as part of a team and are passionate about the hotel industry, we would love to hear from you.

You will have just what it takes to impress our guests with your exceptional customer service, sparkling personality and good levels of spoken and written English. You will be a committed team player who enjoys working within a team and providing excellent customer service to our guests.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Serve and clear food and beverage in a courteous, polite, efficient and friendly manner. Provide a consistent service and give assistance to the guests.
  • Assist the Manager & Supervisor in Food & Beverage order taking and enhancing the guest experience, in an efficient, professional, and courteous manner.
  • Constantly monitor the guests in order to anticipate their needs, communicating effectively.
