IBP Supply Planning Lead- LATAM - Hybrid

We are currently looking for a supply chain professional Lead with hands-on experience in IBP and Blue Yonder to lead transformation projects across LATAM. If you're fluent in Spanish, understand regional dynamics, and have worked on planning system migrations, this could be your next big move.

The client is a global consumer goods company is undergoing a major supply chain transformation. With a strong presence in LATAM and a focus on planning excellence, they are seeking a strategic supply chain lead to support key regional initiatives.

Role Introduction:
As IBP Supply Chain Lead, you'll drive integrated business planning efforts, lead system transitions, and collaborate across commerce, finance, and operations to enhance supply-side performance in LATAM markets.

Responsibilities:

• Lead supply chain transformation projects across LATAM
• Support IBP and DRP planning system transitions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in commerce, finance, and operations
• Drive improvements in supply-side workflows and visibility
• Provide hands-on expertise in Blue Yonder (BY)
• Contribute to o9-to-BY migration efforts

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in global supply-side operations
• Strong knowledge of IBP, DRP, and planning systems
• Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder (BY)
• Familiarity with o9-to-BY migration projects will be consideres as a plus
• Fluent in Spanish; excellent regional communication skills
• LATAM market expertise and stakeholder engagement

Contract Details:

• Start Date: December 2025
• Contract Type: Freelance
• Length: 9 months, with possible extension
• Workload: Full-time
• Location: Remote or hybrid (flexible)
• Working Timezone: LATAM
• Hourly Rate: Depending on experience
