IAM Security Engineer (L1) - Contract Role in Luxembourg | Hybrid | Up to €400/day

Join a leading digital transformation initiative as an IAM Security Engineer (L1), supporting the overhaul of core security infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. Based in Leudelange, with hybrid working options, this 12-month contract offers the chance to influence high-impact security systems from day one.

What you'll do:

• Manage user account life cycles (creation, modification, deletion)
• Apply access policies aligned with RBAC and ABAC models
• Provide L1 support for access-related incidents and requests
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to maintain consistent access rights
• Support deployment and maintenance of IAM solutions
• Contribute to IAM documentation and best practices

Essential Skills:

• Proven experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Solid knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, and Azure AD
• Strong understanding of authentication protocols (SAML, OpenID Connect)
• Familiarity with IAM tools such as SailPoint, Okta, or Evidian IGA
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in both French and English

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in Agile environments
• Scripting and automation skills
• Background in insurance or deployment of complex enterprise solutions
