In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with police colleagues and partner agencies, offering expert advice, informed commentary and thoughtful challenge to help drive effective, fair and community focused policing.
What You'll Do- Provide expert advice on issues that affect the entire organisation, from policy and procedure to operational planning and critical incident response.
- Support decision making by advising on a wide range of policing matters, including arrest and custody considerations, critical incidents, and crime that disproportionately affects diverse communities, such as hate crime.
- Deliver consistent, high quality service, ensuring your input helps shape safer, more inclusive outcomes for the public.
Your voice will influence how policing responds to the needs of all communities. You'll help ensure fairness, accountability and best practice at every stage - especially where issues have the greatest impact.
