Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable and safety-focused External Silo Cleaner to support hygiene operations on site. This role involves the safe cleaning and maintenance of silo exteriors and surrounding areas (no internal confined space entry required), ensuring high standards of cleanliness and compliance are maintained at all times.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning of silo exteriors, pipework, and associated structures
• Maintaining cleanliness of surrounding work areas, platforms, and access routes
• Carrying out tasks in line with site hygiene standards and safe systems of work
• Working safely at height where required (training provided)
• Reporting hazards, defects, or incidents promptly
• Supporting wider hygiene operations as needed

Requirements

• Previous industrial or hygiene cleaning experience preferred
• Comfortable working at height and in outdoor environments
• Strong understanding of health & safety practices
• Willingness to complete DSEAR awareness/training (essential)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
