Hybrid Workforce Management Lead (Forecasting & Scheduling)

Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines is seeking a proactive Workforce Management Manager for our customer-focused contact centre.

The role involves leading forecasting, scheduling, real-time management and performance analytics to optimise staffing and service delivery across a vibrant cruise environment. Based at our Head Office in Ipswich with a hybrid pattern: 3 days in the office and 2 days at home, this full-time position offers 35 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 9:00am-5:00pm).
