Hybrid UK Patient Care & Admin Coordinator

Mindler UK is seeking a Patient Services Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients and therapists across NHS Talking Therapies, Adults Mental Health Service and The Sandbox. You will handle referrals, inquiries and patient communications with empathy, while protecting confidentiality and following SOPs.

You will report to the Customer Operations Manager UK and work in a small Cambridge team on a hybrid basis, with on-site requirements and a salary of £25,000 FTE.
