Hybrid UK HR Director - Shape Strategy & Lead Change

Ashdown Group is seeking a HR Director to own the UK People strategy and lead the function into its next chapter. This is a broad, high-impact role with autonomy to shape culture, policy, and change across the UK business.

You'll be part of the Leadership Team, lead a UK HR team, and partner with Global HR on cross-border projects. The role is hybrid, based near Cambridge/Essex, with day-to-day tasks managed by the wider HR team to focus on strategy and employee relations.
