Job Description
Deskpro Ltd. is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own a diverse UK & EMEA portfolio, driving retention and expansion with region-wide autonomy.
You will manage end-to-end customer journeys, lead value conversations and renewals, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to maximise ARR. You will be the sole CSM for UK & EMEA with a hybrid setup (3 days in Wimbledon HQ) and 3+ years' hands-on SaaS CSM/AM experience.
