Hybrid Training Consultant - Uncapped Commission (London)

Broughton Group is seeking a Training Consultant based in London for a hybrid role. You will work directly with clients to identify training needs and drive adoption of property technology solutions.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of customer-facing experience in estate agency CRM software and strong stakeholder management skills. You'll create bespoke training plans and work towards revenue targets with an uncapped commission structure.
