Hybrid Trainee Claims Advisor (Legal Expenses)

Arc Legal Group is seeking a Trainee Claims Advisor for our Colchester office on a hybrid basis. You will assess and progress legal expenses claims, supporting customers throughout the process.

You will review claims, determine policy coverage, liaise with solicitors, and provide clear updates by phone and email while managing your own caseload. A law degree or equivalent and strong communication are desirable.
