Hybrid Technical Trainer - Onboarding & Support Excellence

Sage City is seeking a Technical Trainer to design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs for Intacct, HCM, GCC, and X3 Support Analysts. You will onboard new team members, enhance the skills of existing analysts, and ensure support aligns with service standards to build a capable, customer-focused team.

The role is hybrid, with three days per week in the Newcastle office, supporting a UK-based organization.
