Hybrid Technical Customer Support Specialist

Digital Theatre+ is seeking a friendly, organised Customer Service Technical Associate to join our small team. You'll respond to customer enquiries, resolve issues and help institutions get started on our platform, with hands-on training in our systems and authentication processes.

The role is hybrid, with one office day per week and potential for UK-based remote work for the right candidate. Excellent written English and a passion for helping customers are essential.
