Mercury is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team at Ballycoolin, Dublin. You will manage end-to-end recruitment across allocated business areas, partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent for a rapid-growth international business.

Based in our Dublin HQ with a hybrid model (three days in the office, two days remote), you will build pipelines, screen candidates, and provide market insights to stakeholders while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
