Hybrid Social Work Team Manager - Children in Care

SourceFlow in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Team Manager for the Children in Care service. Hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home each week, and a valid UK driving licence is required.

You will lead a team of Social Workers and a Family Support Worker, provide supervision, chair meetings and strategy discussions, and drive safeguarding and permanency planning to improve outcomes for children and young people.
