Hybrid Service Desk Admin - CAFM & Maintenance Coordination

Vita Student, the UK's leading provider of purpose-built student accommodation, is seeking a Service Desk Administrator in Alderley Edge. This role supports sites, engineers and suppliers, coordinating maintenance via INVIDA CAFM, and ensures service standards are met.

Office-based with one optional home day per week. You will manage requests, schedule works, and maintain records while fostering clear communication and strong relationships with teams and contractors.
