Hybrid Service Charge Officer - Finance & Customer Care

Sovereign Network Group in Basingstoke is seeking a detail-oriented Service Charge Officer to join our team. In a hybrid role (2 days in office, 3 from home), you will calculate annual service charge budgets, support year-end reconciliations, and provide excellent customer service to residents.

You'll work with Finance, Housing, and contractors to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance and timely responses to inquiries, disputes, and data analysis.
