Hybrid Senior Payroll Partner & Data Insight Lead

Cornerstone (Aberdeen) is seeking two Payroll Business Partners to join the finance team. You will deliver accurate, compliant payroll for 1,800 colleagues, acting as a senior contact for payroll queries and escalations, and working across Finance, HR and Operations to improve processes.

The role involves coaching colleagues, analysing data to identify risks and opportunities, and ensuring deadlines and legislation are met. Hybrid work with a focus on accuracy and stakeholder collaboration.
