Hybrid: Senior Housing Complaints Officer (Interim)

Park Avenue Recruitment is assisting a Surrey housing provider on an interim basis to appoint a Senior Complaints Officer. The role oversees complex complaints, coordinating Housing Ombudsman cases and driving service improvements, with hybrid working (2 days in the office) until March 2027.

The successful candidate will lead end-to-end complaint handling, ensure quality responses, meet deadlines and act as a senior point of oversight across caseloads.
