Hybrid: Senior Group Health & Safety Leader

Vadella Group seeks an experienced Group Health & Safety Manager to lead the strategy, governance and operational performance across multiple operating companies. You will work closely with senior leaders to ensure robust H&S frameworks and proactive culture group wide.

You will drive incidents investigations, audits, risk management and ISO 45001 alignment, with travel across sites and a senior leadership role reporting to the Chief People Officer and CEO. Hybrid work is available.
