Hybrid Senior Building Inspector - Plan Checks & Inspections

Civic Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Registered Building Inspector (Class 2D/2F) in Shropshire for a 6-Month Contract. Hybrid working with some site attendance, early starts, and a Basic DBS is required.

The role focuses on plan checks, assessments, and site inspections across domestic, commercial and complex projects, with emphasis on meeting statutory deadlines and liaising with applicants, architects and contractors.
