Job Description

Redbridge Council is seeking a SEND Improvement Lead to write and develop the SEND Self-Evaluation Framework (SEF) ahead of inspections. You will review performance data, gather evidence from education, health and children's services, and identify gaps for service improvement.

You will work with senior leaders to prepare for Ofsted/CQC SEND inspections, ensuring strong analytics, evidence and concise reporting throughout the process.
