Hybrid Sales & Service Team Leader

Allianz Ireland is hiring a Team Leader based in Dublin 4 (Elm Park) with a hybrid working model. You will lead and performance coach a team of contact centre representatives delivering sales and service excellence for our customers.

Reporting to the Direct Operations Manager, you will drive performance metrics, manage onboarding, coach for improvement, and collaborate with HR for recruitment and development, while ensuring regulatory compliance.
