Hybrid Sales & Customer Service Advisor - Part-Time

Baxi is seeking a Sales & Customer Service Advisor for a fixed-term 5 month contract in Warwick. You will handle calls and emails, resolve issues, and spot opportunities to promote services while delivering excellent customer care.

The role is 20 hours per week (Mon-Fri 2pm-6pm) with 1 in 3 Saturdays on a rota and 50/50 hybrid working between Brooks House and remote work. Training will be provided to succeed in the role.
