Hybrid SaaS Customer Success Manager - Growth & Retention

Corriculo is seeking a Customer Success Manager for a growing SaaS business in the UK. You will own the customer journey from onboarding to retention, across a portfolio of around 20 clients, acting as the main contact and driving value from the platform.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product and Operations to ensure a consistently strong client experience, and you will travel occasionally to visit clients and attend events.
