Hybrid Renewals & Customer Success Advocate

Aptean in Sheffield is looking for a Client Advocate to own a defined portfolio of customers, managing renewals and payment lifecycles from quote to cash. You'll be the primary contact, ensuring renewals are on time and invoices accurate.

You will coordinate with Finance, Legal and Operations, frame customer value, and use AI tools to drive efficiency. Hybrid work: four days in the office and one day from home.
