Hybrid Recruitment Resourcer (9 Month FTC)

Milton Keynes College Group is seeking a proactive Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy People Services team on a 9 month FTC. The role covers end-to-end recruitment across campus and prison education provision, balancing on-site and home working in a hybrid pattern.

You will own a portfolio of vacancies, prioritise tasks, manage administration and compliance, and deliver a high-quality recruitment service with stakeholders across the organisation.
