Hybrid Recruitment Associate (30h) - Talent Sourcing

Brewers Decorator Centre in Eastbourne is seeking a Recruitment Associate to join our People team. The role focuses on sourcing top talent for our national branch network, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you will build solid relationships with Hiring Managers, create engaging adverts, shortlist candidates, conduct interviews (in person or remotely), coordinate offers and ensure compliant
