Hybrid Property Manager (Lettings & Compliance)

Beresfords Group is seeking a Property Manager to join our residential lettings team. You will handle maintenance queries from private tenants, liaise with landlords and coordinate contractors while keeping meticulous records.

After probation, work largely from home with four days monthly at the Chelmsford-area Head Office or a Beresfords branch. We offer comprehensive training, course funding, and a competitive salary with bonuses based on experience and tenure.
