Hybrid Property Lawyer for Local Government Contract

Service Care Legal is supporting a Sussex-based local authority to recruit an experienced Property Lawyer on an initial 6+ month contract to cover a permanent vacancy. The role requires 30-37 hours per week with a minimum of one day in the office.

You will advise on property acquisitions and disposals, licences, and Landlord & Tenant matters, negotiate and complete transactions, and structure property deals while managing your own caseload and providing commercially focused legal guidance.
