Hybrid Private Sector Housing Officer: Inspections & Enforcement

Harrow Council is seeking a Private Sector Housing Officer to join our Environmental Health team on a hybrid basis in London. You will inspect privately rented properties, investigate complaints, and enforce Housing Act 2004 provisions to improve housing standards.

The role requires strong knowledge of HHSRS, enforcement experience, and the ability to manage a varied caseload, prepare notices and liaise with landlords and tenants. Driving licence is desirable and transport links are strong.
