Hybrid People Excellence Partner - HR Lead (Maternity Cover)

Sanofi in Waterford, Ireland, seeks a People Excellence Partner to drive HR excellence within the People & Culture team. Hybrid work is offered, with 3 days on-site and 2 days remote, on a fixed-term maternity cover until February 2028.

You will partner closely with People Business Partners and CoEs, supporting talent acquisition, development and retention, and guiding performance and employee relations in a multinational setting.
