Hybrid People Advisor: ER & Employee Experience

Savers is looking for an experienced People Advisor to join our People team at Head Office in Dunstable. This hybrid role offers three days on site and two days remote, with a focus on employment relations, manager coaching and maintaining our employer brand.

You'll support ER cases, partner with managers across the business, analyze people data and help deliver our people plans with practical advice, openness and care for colleagues.
