Hybrid Pension Support Specialist

Standard Life in Edinburgh is offering a permanent, hybrid role in our Workplace Telephony Team, supporting pension customers over the phone. You'll respond to inquiries, update member details, and guide customers to use the Standard Life App and online services.

We value clear communication and a customer first mindset, with full training and progression opportunities. After an initial six months on site, a hybrid pattern with 60% office presence is available.
