Hybrid Pension Support & Broker Relations

Royal London Ireland is seeking a Customer Support professional to develop broker relationships and deliver excellent service for pension products. You will provide administrative support to the Brokers and Sales Team, handling diverse enquiries and maintaining timely case updates.

You will plan workload to meet deadlines, improve service processes, and contribute to the pension offering while ensuring compliance with Treating Customers fairly and the Consumer Protection Code.
