Hybrid Pay & Reward Architect: Framework Design Leader

Frazer Jones is partnering with a Bristol-based client to appoint an experienced Pay & Reward Specialist. You will lead the design and implementation of a fair, transparent and future-focused pay and job evaluation framework, collaborating with the Chief People Officer, senior leadership, and stakeholders.

The role focuses on aligning pay with roles and experience, developing a job evaluation scheme for support staff, and enhancing the recognition scheme.
