Hybrid Part-Time Customer Service Specialist - Training

Ambitions Personnel in Oakham is seeking a Customer Service Advisor (Part Time) to join a friendly team. This permanent role offers 16-22.5 hours per week across 2-3 days, 09:00-17:00, with one Friday. After probation you may work 1 day from home.

You will help customers via phone, email and live chat, handling renewals and policy changes, keeping records accurate and supporting a busy workload. Training is provided with clear progression opportunities.
