Hybrid Onboarding Coordinator - HR Services

UK Power Networks is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to deliver end-to-end onboarding services for new employees and managers. The role supports payroll data, checks, and record-keeping while ensuring a positive joining experience.

You will draft contracts, manage onboarding tasks, and coordinate screening, inductions and changes. Hybrid work is available after a 6-month probation with a start date around 18 January 2027.
